Arnold holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in management and operations from Florida Agriculture and Mechanical University. His current & previous roles in talent acquisition, recruitment and executive search includes supporting corporate East Africa clients to acquire great talent by leading recruitment expansions & business strategy initiatives for the executive level search & selection of middle to senior level talent.
Arnold is also a remote panelist for McKinsey and Company which he connects great minds while, giving perspective of top business trends on people for public and private sector economic development of East Africa. He is also part of the AIESEC Alumnus.
As regional specialist with interest on developing new clients and planning processes of success for niche talent identification across East Africa, he is equipped to run talent & skills programs in 15 countries in 4 continents with expansion programs across East Africa (Tanzania & Ethiopia).
Arnold’s successful assignments within the talent acquisition, recruitment/executive search space has been in Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Botswana, South Africa, Egypt, Qatar, UAE, Germany, The Netherlands, Mexico, Hong Kong and Thailand.
